Shipping policy

Delivery availability and shipping fees depend on the governorate and the active delivery settings at the time of purchase.

Delivery may be enabled for all Egypt or only selected governorates, and each governorate may have a different shipping fee. The final fee is shown before order confirmation.

We may contact you by WhatsApp or phone before delivery when address or availability confirmation is required.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address details are incorrect, another attempt may be made according to the shipping provider policy.
